hhmh..mayb nothing much to say bout my melbourne trip oso..u will see everything in jian's blog..so no point talking the same old shit over n over again..indeed,i have a really enjoyable trip..not because of the food, the shops or the casino..

It is because I could meet up with my old good frens..and lepak with them..talk shit all night with them..haha..but sadly..i wasnt involved in any of late night conversations because there were all girls' talk and I, as a gentleman should not really interupt..haha!!!!

However after all the dips and shits..I have really realised something..i heard this for thousands of times in telelvision until i get numb bout it..but when it comes down to me..it really did give me a punch on my head..

when humans came out to the world, they were like piece of white silk cloth..white like there were no impurities on them..when they grow..different colours such as black, yellow and red tend to add into those white cloths..that is humans' true clours..some people enjoyed different colours in their life because different colours bring different exciment..different type of joy..while some still prefer white or refuse to admit there are some other colours in them..some of them know they couldnt go back anymore and continue to get corrupted while some are trying hard to be good again..

Okay..here comes the point..A group of people can gather together and may become good friends because they have a colour in common..thay have each other on thier back and it is like a secondary family to them..however..as time passed by..different individuals in the group tend to have different colours on them..mayb u have blue..and she has purple while I have red..due to the different life experience they get or different environment they have..hence..their path tend to seperate further and further as the difference in thier colours get more and more distinctive..

the connection between the group is is getting lesser and members of the group are getting lesser..until no one stays in the group anymore..that is when a group falls apart..It is all because of the difference in colours..the group may seem it is detined to fall..

However..no matter how complex or how complicated the colours of life becomes..the same old colour that binds the group together still exist in them..it may hardly to be seen..it may hardly to be sensed..they know it is still there..it just couldnt be bothered..because everyone that used to be in that group have their own piece of life..the group dies when the that colour fades away..

Some group may still holding strong together despite of the difference in life colours..because the care or love for the group is strong..the bond between them is like a moutain that has to use thousands of years to seperate..nothing can destruct them..no evil,desire,pain,greed can break the bond..but..we know that it is hard to achieve for all..friends are forever..actually it is really hard to tell..

however..if we look at it from a different angle..this is it if there is no complexion of colours in our lives that may seperate a group..how do we know the importance of the common colour that bind us together??if there is no seperations..how do we know how much we love them??

haha!!!!what a crap!!!i am becoming philosopher now!!!that sucks!!!I dont really want to become an old geezer who always lecture others..

Anyway..hope I can get back my strengh..I really cant afford to fail any subject..I have to get back Malaysia and I have sum important stuff to do..ngek ngek..

I dont have class today so it is kinda boring at home..I have got nothing to do..dont feel like studying and dont feel like watching porn also..haha..joking joking..just ignore the porn part!!!So..I get down to the kitchen and make sumting again..ngek ngek..

I have made a breakfast for myself..Actually..it is not breakfast la..cause I woke up at 1pm..haha..That bloody breakfast have taken me half an hour to prepare and it is not filling!!!But I think it tastes not bad la..hehe

It is actually a pouched egg with bacon crumble and bread stick..So..I'll teach all my homies how to make it la..hehe..you just need 1 piece of ham or bacon,1 egg,2 slices of bread, cheese,salt and olive oil..

1) Finely dice the bacon (or ham oso can la) and fry it in a pan..Take them out and put in a bowl when the bacon turns a bit cripsy..

2) Cut the 2 slices of bread into stick ldt..not too thin and not too thick oso..just like ur middle finger ldt..凸haha..

3) Pour some oil into a pan and heat it..Put all the bread sticks into the pan and fry them until golden brown n crispy crispy ldt..

4) Take out a clean film, lay it in on a cup and crack the egg on it..Add a pinch of salt, pepper and sum cheese into the egg..

5) tie the thing up and put into shimmering water until the egge white turns white and not liquid liquid ldt anymore..

CAUTIONS!!!The water must not be boiling la..If not the film will melt cuz too hot!!So..I suggest all hot chicks better dont do it la!!haha..

6) After 4 or 5 min..take out the egg from the water and cut off the film..gently take out the egg from the film and serve with breadsticks and bacon crumble..

SERIOUSLY..DAMM LAN JENG lo!!!haha..but I noe quite hard to understand la..Sum steps I oso duno how to explain oso..sorry sorry..haha..

It is quite weird for me to feel good today..feel even good than ntv 7 lo really..haha..maybe I have seen through a lot of things and not so stubborn about whatever shit anymore..hmhm..keep it on pal..have a open mind!!

Hmhm..nowadys quite interested in cooking..haha..influenced by a television program called "MasterChef Australia"..hehe..so I have just made chocolate mousse today..Unfortunately..I have failed to make a nice one because I have overwhipped the cream!!!..Haha..have to make a few more practice so that when I go Melb I can make a nice 1 for Yoke..

However..seriously..I think my product is still ok la since I reli seldom seldom step into the kitchen and cook..except for cooking mee sedap la..haha..
but there is no mee sedap in Australia oso..too bad..maybe have to call my mum to post here for me..haha..have enough of MCD..reli miss mee sedap and Ramli Burger!!yum yum!!

Ok now back to the recipe..the recipe was taken down from masterchef website also..haha..The chocolate mousse is reli easy to make as you just nid 300g of chocolate, 250 olive oil and 500ml cream..Thats it!!no water, no sugar, no eggs needed..

So, this is the recipe..want to make jao make la..dowan make also can take a look..hehe

1) melt the chocolate with a double boiler

2) pour 500ml cream into a bowl and whip it..

CAUTIONS!!!
The cream must not be in room temperature..so have to put into the fridge before whipping it..
AND..Please dont over whip the cream if not it will become grainy..and horrible things will happen!!!!So, whip until the cream is just holding the whipping thingy..then jao can ge la..

3) Add the 200ml of olive oil into the chocolate then mix it well..hmhm..i think the olive oil is an emulsifier la..not too sure also..haha..have to ask Masterchef la..

4) Lastly, pour the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream..stir well and serve..

The recipe above is for a lot of people makan 1..if wan to do just one serving then have to cut down the weight of everything lo..hmhm..have to cut down how many I jao duno la..haha..kaji yourself la..

And dont make too much cuz you might feel sick for eating too much cream and you might throw up whatever you have eaten since last week and you might even get swine flu for that..haha..everyone take care la then..dont eat too much..

so..next..I am going to learn how to make Pain Perdu..hehe..stay tuned..

haha..Is 25th of December la..hmhm..maybe it is because I have missed out Christmas celebration with all my friends twice..Sigh..

Christmas 2008-I was in United States..

Although celelebrating Christmas with family and at overseas really not bad la..It is kinda of warm..but damm..I think I have really missed out a lot of fun with all my friends lo..Aikz..basically everyone is there except me..too bad..=/

I miss having BBQ party with all my kawan..miss playing mahjong with all my kawan..miss singing Karaoke at Keat's house..miss playing 锄大弟 and become King of Gamble..haha..by the way..I am always the God of Gamble la..10q 10q..ngek ngek..joking joking..KC is better la actually..but dont tell him!!haha..

So..I really do hope Christmas will be just around the corner..haha..around which corner??aiyo..around that corner la..haha..By the time, all of us will gather and have fun again..although yy cant perform钢牙拉火车adi..I think we will still have a lot of fun la..haha..Unfortunately..instead of Christmas..Finals Exam is waitng for me..shit..
